This was from our driving trip from MN to CA in Oct 2005 in the beautiful state of New Mexico. I so loved driving thru that state and next time I'm going to stay awhile and really enjoy the beauty.

The northeastern tip of NM going from Texas to Colorado is absolutely spectacular. Incredible rock formations, rolling hills, and wiiiiide open spaces.

I love the red rocks. We have some that colour in a small part of England and they are wonderful.
I bet that was a site to see! Wow what gorgeous coloring.
I love the colors you've caught. NM also has spectacular wildflowers in the Spring. Lovely to drive through.
